When: Monday, 29 June, 23:00 to Tuesday, 30 June, 03:00 AEST (up to a 4-hour window)
We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance to upgrade the database that powers Lightspeed Insights.
What to expect
- During this window, Lightspeed Insights may be briefly or intermittently unavailable while the upgrade is applied. We don't expect it to be down for the full window.
- Insights reports scheduled to send during this window may be delayed or not delivered, and can be re-run afterwards if needed.
- Your POS and all other Lightspeed functions will continue to operate as normal.
Your data will not be affected, and Insights will return automatically once maintenance is complete.
