We're excited to announce another update to your POS that will bring improved efficiency and stability.

Update Time: Tuesday, May 6 at 15:00 AEST
Update Process: No need to interrupt your sales. Your POS will automatically update after 15:00 AEST.

NEW
- You can now search past orders in POS History using customer names, with partial match support and a new customer column.
- A new 'Kiosk' order type is now available in POS, the Orders API, and Insights Live — enabling prep time adjustments and clearer reporting for self-service workflows.

IMPROVED
- Variant parent products are no longer shown in printer setup, reducing clutter and simplifying configuration.
- Dockets can now be reprinted at any time — the 12-hour limit has been removed.
- POS customer search is now faster and more responsive, especially for venues with large customer lists.
- Partners can now pass a credit card surcharge via our Orders API, with correct display on receipts and alignment with POS behaviour.

RESOLVED
- Fixed a bug where some items would occasionally be missing from final dockets when processing group orders quickly.
- Fixed a bug that prevented unavailable products from being edited in Arrange Item mode on POS.
