Cloudflare is still working on some issues. Most Lightspeed services appear to be recovered though we are still seeing some impact on a few features.

We are observing an external issue with Cloudflare, starting at 12:48 CET on November 18, 2025.

Payment processing, Backoffice login, onboarding and other system may be impacted.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as further information becomes available.
