We're excited to announce another update to your POS that will bring improved efficiency and stability.
Update Time: Tuesday, November 4 at 15:00 AEDT Update Process: No need to interrupt your sales. Your POS will automatically update after 15:00 AEDT.
NEW - Added support for product docket names, allowing venues to use shorter or alternate names on production dockets for clearer communication. - Introduced large order numbers on receipts and dockets, making it easier to call out takeaway and pickup orders. - Added an in-app news feed in Back Office so you can stay informed about new features directly within the product. - Added tip refund options for partial refunds, giving users control over whether to include the tip amount.
IMPROVED - Product lists now load faster with improved API performance, reducing wait times during syncing. - API order rejection messages are clearer, explaining when items are out of stock or exceed available quantity.
RESOLVED - Fixed an issue where completed Pay at Table orders remained open after payment. - Fixed an issue where button text in the Select a Gift Card modal was not visible in Dark Mode.
