Our team received a few reports from some partners around failed online orders coming into our system. A node in our cluster was not performing adequately and needed to be replaced.

Some clients may have noticed a minor amount of delayed, missing or rejected orders between 10:30AM and 11:10AM AEST (Sydney Time)

This issue is now resolved.
